Hey Mark, what is your callsign on VHF. I will probably be out there at least one day this weekend around Long Lost.

Few big lows pushing up might be in for a wet arse !! May just do a day trip rather than a over nighter!!

nah! as long as there is not too much wind should be ok.

Might have to just hide somewhere overnight, got a good cab on the old boat!!

I reckon I might get down there this weekend. Hit the Finnish in the morn and chase some sails and macks later in the day.

good luck guys, looks like it might be a great weekend wind wise.

make sure you all let us know the outcome, wouldn't be surprised to hear of some with the intermittent weather we have had.

Fished Sail City this morning. Plenty of Mac tuna and longies, no mackeral and bugger all bait. The water everywhere was nice and clean but green, not blue.

Saw one free jumper early about 5k's south of Sail City. Hooked a big longie at Sail City on a skipping mullet and got it to the back of the boat before a 100++ Kg Black came and attacked it, grabbed it and snapped us off. Shortly after that we had a saiil climb all over the teasers but wouldn't go near the skip baits.

Trolled all the way up to Long Lost for zip. The only bait balls that we could find were tiny anchovy type fish about an inch long. Plenty of tuna but not much else.

All up for the day we had 3-0-0.

Cheers

Warren
