tuesday night - manton dam

Post by bandit »

went down to manton dam yesterday arvo. fished around a few places. scored a decent size toga and a small barra before it got dark but then nothing after. just about full moon. we flicked fizzers and plastics. tried the suspending storms. there wasnt even much surface activity. also i was supprised to see 5 other boats down there mid week, must have all had the same idea.ive read on the forum before that people reckon really dark nights are the best.
in sundays paper it reckoned the full moon but how true that is i dunno?

anyone else had any luck down there recently and keeping quite?
