Any ideas on whether I should stick with bench-style seats, or possibly some drop-in seats? Keen to hear thoughts. Cheers!

Stick with the bench.

A deckie only has to move 3 inches one way to balance against the wind - in Shoal Bay at least :)

gee a 3.5 hp for NT tides that will be interesting and those low sides ,glassy neaps tides def the go for ya.great car topper though i had one a few years back for creek fishin down here

Yup, definitely picking the best days. Like the glass-out the other week, when 12 boats were around the rock at Lee point, and we were land based. They can enjoy the queue at the boat ramp as we put in from Lee point car park..;)

Trailer getting some love.. Spared no expense on OH&S, with the aid of crowbar, fence panel, and rope and trusty old mango tree..
This trailer should be completed by end of next week.
Then it's onto attaching watersnake plate, custom rod holders, new bung insert, internal front flooring, carpet mayyyyyybe, and finally......the umbrella holder. 8)

All ground back to Lush..and a coat of Gal. Axle bebe back in tomorrow. Then just the back-end to go. Yay!
