Spontaneous Dundee trip

Post by ppete »

About lunch time Sunday me and the misses decided to head out to Dundee for the night as we both were lucky enough to have work off on Monday. Went for a flick in the arvo with some metal lures and had a hot little session on the run out tide from a few little rat queenies, I managed my first Golden Trev too (little tank engine love to fight a big boy if the little tackers fight as hard as he did). After hooking a couple fish and losing a few doing some aerial work and diving for the rocks we headed back to camp for a few beers and were up early for a morning popper session, the misses ended up with her first Queenie and first fish on the surface. Not a bad little get away.

Well done

sometimes you've got to just get out ithere and get into it. Seems as though it was a good morning for it, conditions look perfect .
