Off the beach in the Caribbean

Post by Andy Grey »

I am not in Dubai anymore. A fortnight ago I came back home for a fish but it just rained for two weeks and now the run off is 4 weeks away. By the time you guys get out to fish the south I will be in the Caribbean on the island of St Lucia. Yeah I know if they make the finals I will be there don't worry. Anyway has anyone ever been to the Caribbean and able to provide me with some off the beach fishing tips? I have the Diawa IM6 3 piece and DSV 200 Curado 7:1 ready to go but not sure what I might encounter. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Gotta be some bonefish or something exotic over there. Sounds like a hard part of the world to me.

Hey thanks for the links Back-Cast awesome work mate. Now I am excited but might have to look a a fly outfit as well, bugger  Reckon it would have to be alright off the beach hey? Anyway team wont be heading over until the end of the month so will see what else I can dig up. I look forward to finally marking some spots on the WFM as I never got the chance in Dubai. Dont forget anyone from the FFF will have a roof and a guide if they want to pay a visit.
