Hi all
I fish from bris to 1770 mainly offshore but also chase the prawns crabs and jacks. I'm doing a bit of home work on your end of town for a trip in may to the daly for about two weeks.
After years of hearing about the place I have to have a look for myself.
Im also looking into a trip from carins to png fishing and trolling the reefs on the way there then a week chasing png bass in the rivers with the locals then another week or so back to carins next year.
And if time permits a quick trip to Kurumba towards the end of the year.
If you have any tips on any of the trips Im planning Id appreciate the help

Sounds like you have some great trips lined up. The tip is just do it, as soon as possible

You might have to ask a specific question about a spot to get an answer from the resident FFF gurus

Hi Tim, sounds like you have great year planned. Any idea where you want to fish from Darwin? You have plenty of options in May. What do you want to target?

I just reread your post Tim. I missed the bit about the Daly.
What dates do you plan to be there? It makes a difference due to the tides about the how & where you fish the river.
Also the nationals are in may, you may want to avoid that week as it gets a bit hectic with the competitors fishing all the best spots.

I fish the Daly a lot & may be able to give you some tips. Send me a pm & if I am near a computer I will respond. I will only be online a couple of times between now & the end of April.
