I'll be back there some day. I'll be clean and tidy and won't cop any abuse. Any further issues and I will have charges pressed.

PS ... Big Col was right the whole time, many thanks Big Col

I wanted to get NT Govt official comment nonetheless for the sake of clarity.

Awesome outcome, what most people already knew. I can't wait to do a trip out there, I'll be sure to take my rubbish with me and as I do most other times I'll probably take a load of other peoples rubbish as well

Great, thanks for clearing that up. The mob over there are still agro and may be more militant after this revelation. Be careful and don't inflame things too much. Remember the cops will be at least an hour away if they come at all.

I do understand old mates frustration at the amount of rubbish left by total knobs on Gunn Pt Beach. However chucking scrap metal into the creek is not caring for country either.

Right so we are free to access the beach via the road and tracks, we are free and entitled to land on the beach and enjoy it! As we all already knew! Maybe someone will accomodate these kokheads next time they come down and start making threats and they might get a bit of a surprise!
No matter where you go, there you are!

Be great if the coppers did a few plainclothed runs out there and read the riot act to anyone who turns up trying to make trouble
They could also give advice to anyone out there camping about taking their cr.p away with them as well
fish are skinny, the ocean is fat

Just remember the 'real' TO hasn't put anything up - just the fake one. I reckon the real TO will be p...ed the fake one has stirred the pot.

Matt, are you able to maybe approach AFANT or something to find out if this is actually being discussed?

The fake TO is just a poo stirrer. He can't catch fish or shoot geese so he just makes up stories and gets his aliases to back him up. :D
