NT fishing reports

Post by Matt Flynn »

From a ringaround of the Darwin shops ...

Fish much more active now ...

**Shady Camp fished well on the last neaps, plenty of big barra caught
**Shane Compain did a long trip (hint, off the Arnhem Hwy) and found excellent fishing ... 112, a 106, five in the high 90s, three 80s, and a dozen or so legal barra
**Good jewies at Ruby island
**Bamboo Creek at the Daly fired up, Daly has risen slightly
**Darwin's Town Hall has produced small jewies and quality snapper
**Fenton wrecks procucing jewies
**GT and queenies at the Six Mile, deep jigging
**Barra at Robbo Creek, Melville, and a few fish at Leaders Creek
**Good barra off rocks at Tapa Bay

Good to see heavy storms now, Daly apparently had one of the biggest falls in almost 50 years, but I've yet to verify this. If someone wants to elaborate meanwhile ...
