Fishing/Camping without the need of a boat

I am currently boatless and am in the middle of talks with the minister of war and finance :evil: about getting a boat :sailing: but in the mean time id like to be able to show her a bit more of the top end as in camping and fishing within the next couple of weeks any suggestions would be valued cheers :cheers: :fishing:

Mate camped at the mouth of the finniss last week, had a good time and caught a good load of fish. He drove along the beach to get there.

Apparently the midges are lovely and as for ammenities, the milk bar takeaway at the first corner upstream has a flush toilet and the bestest hamburgers 24/7 with cold beer on tap. :twisted:

MIDGES AND AMMENTIES? Get a grip mate :grin: Midges by the truckload and W/F ammenities............... camping on a beach.
