Female blackspot tuskfish in your pic there ..
top tucker throw it on ice bled immediately next time.
The males are bit more blue in them n have the black spot towards their tail. Both species have blue bones n eat well but i reckon the tuskys are better n grow a fair bit bigger.
Parrot fish have a beak not those big gnarly teeth fellas.
