Don't agree, blokes feel obliged to fight lest they look weak or whatever, so they fight. Should be that if you punch someone regardless, and they die, then off you go for life, unless it was self defence. Put the blame squarely on the aggressors.It's a totally different matter when two blokes 'square off', in that, there is an awareness by BOTH parties that there is a prospect of injury/death as a result

The drunk defence s...ts me, if you choose to get drunk then you are responsible for your situation, why is choosing to be drunk any different from choosing to do some other act?
