For me it's mids, if i am on the heavies in the sun, thats the end of me, but on the middies, i can go all day and still captain the boat with some common sense, and the bonus is you wake up the next day feeling fine to hit the water for another great days fishing.
Cheers,
Brad

beer
Yep, I accidentally bought a six-pack of heavies once on a really hot day and it was like drinking sleeping pills. I don't know how some people do it.
XXXX Gold and Midstrengths are my fave.
Nowadays I don't drink much beer while fishing on hot days, I prefer a caffeine hit, but I'll have plenty of beer when I am camping overnight.

Hi Matt,
Yeah once I took a 6 pack of guinness out, it was from work, had been in fridge for years no one bought it. It was ok but you have to drink it really really cold and dont put it down for 30 mins then pick it up to drink again as its like drinking runny vegemite.

We've got more than 100 members and only 20 votes on the beer poll - does that mean everyone else is teetotal?
Or drinking rum?
