rocky the oscar

Post by leopard »

a while ago i posted about a tiger oscar in the gunn lakes.
well i was cruising around the lakes and i looked into the part on the other side of the road where it flows over and there he was , sitting in about 30cm of water
it took us a while to get him because he kept wedging himself under the bank but eventually we got him with a landing net.
he now lives in my pond in the yard away from our precious waterways.

btw i did contact fisheries in the first time and we just walked around the lake and i showed em where the invasives where.
we got no reply about it or any thing and i saw no people doing fish checks or electrofishing
