Corroboree

Post by theodosius »

I took the family to Corroboree yesterday, ot was spectacular. The plains are still up and covered in flowers and birds. We saw big crocs, buffalo, jabirus, eagles etc and had a fish in the cool air off an approaching storm. The fish are so thick my son was able to catch a bunch casting entirely on his own, and my wife continued her habit of having a casual fish and catching the biggest. Hers went 85. Masses of bait and boofing way up in the grass. All fish caught on small weedless zereks.

It is not how long the fish is but how long you have fished & how long you've wished.......

road is great. I got into rock hole NP. Lillies are encroaching. 1 million tarpon, a few Powertail and togas, no barra. F corroboree, catch more barra in the harbour.
