Nah 2rods,,you'll know that when a bloke introduces his missus as Boris. :naughty:
" YOUTH is a GIFT "
"AGE is an ART "
"Doesn't mean you get any smarter..just wrinkled and cracked".

"No angler watches nature in a passive way...He enters into its very existence." (John Bailey...Reflections on a Waters Edge)

"Govern a Family as you would catch a small fish....Very Gently." (Chinese Proverb)

"Only those become weary of angling who bring nothing to it but the idea of catching fish." (Rafael Sabatini...1857-1950)

I pray that one day God sends me a fish so big that, when talking of it...I have no reason to lie.

No individuals are on a moderator queue, but there are some forums that have a moderator queue, hence the moderation message on some posts.

Seems anyone who sees a moderation note thinks they have been sin-binned.

Fellas you should feel reassured if u see a moderating notice.

I'd draw the c0nclusi0n that s0meb0dy has l00ked at y0ur p0st and given it the 0K.

Thus shifting the burden 0f resp0nsibility if any adverse reacti0n 0ccurs fr0m y0u t0 them. Partly at least.

I've never really w0rked 0ut what " m0derate" means. A p0lite w0rd f0r cens0r maybe?

Anyway, I think Matt is still sticking his neck 0ut a fair bit 0ver this t0pic s0 it'd be a shame t0 see him let d0wn.

Maybe if we all l00k carefully at what we say bef0re p0sting it, it'll never get tested.

Hi Matt

Any chance of a list of forums which have a moderating queue?

The obvious thing is that some people will simply avoid those forums and post messages which should be on that forum on another one without a moderating queue.

The forum will end up like a dog's breakfast if they do. U got a plan for that?

Somebody will send test messages to find those moderated queues and post them anyway. Might as well give everyone the list.

Ronje

I just pulled this off a news story it shows that there could be liability but is tricky

And he says the issue of targeting social media services themselves, including Twitter and Facebook, is a much trickier legal question.

"There is that very strong argument that the platform or site themselves may also be responsible, because they're the ones that are facilitators, they're the ones that have technically published it," he said.

He says there is a "very strong case that they could be held liable" and says there needs to be reform to make it clear that websites and platforms cannot be held responsible for the contents of their users.

"The law really is struggling to keep up," he added
he fishes he fishes he fishes its the only thing in life all he ever gets is hell from his fed up wife

Can we just drop this cr@p? This is done to death, we've all said our bit and Matt has responded and acted accordingly and in my opinion very appropriately.

How about a fish?
