I have a Shimanno Corvallus ... not happy with it

I am aware this is not top of the range reel but it hasnt been used that much (every 3-4 weeks on average for about a year).

Has developed problems with the thumb bar ... been down to Shimano down south to get fixed (all free of charge which is good of them - have to give fishing and outdoor world a wrap they have been very helpfull too).

Got it back the other week, on its second trip out it is doing it again!

Thought if you buy Shimano you are buying quality ...

Started off with abu's, now have a curado and from the moment i used it, wouldnt go back, abu's did me well for 6 or 7 years and never had any dramas with them, and they still get used by visitors and for back up.
Cheers,
Brad

Diawa Zillion, Love it. The only reel I have thats not a Shimano though. Liked the idea of sealed bearings.
