I saw an episode of IFish recently, where Shane Compain was high speed trolling in Sanpan/tommy cut. He explained that the reason for high speed trolling there. He said that there was a lack of any structure for bait fish to hide, so they run the gauntlet at full speed (as would I).

So it would depend on where you were trolling.

I don't think high speed trolling the Daley would do any good
