Netting at Shady Camp

Talk about bungled boat ramps, net buybacks, marine no-go zones, mining disasters etc here.

That’s a direct threat of violence.
im sure the police would love to talk to him

I wonder how he would go if he tried to set the net on a sat morning with a heap of boats lined up.

Yep. Hook up the net to your stern cleat and get that baby on the plane

I was under the impression that these nets were illegal to have or even to be in possession of.

If that is the case (if not, make it an offence) Police, Fisheries, Rangers etc can sort this easily by searching all vessels and cars as they do in other states and make it illegal to sell said nets to anyone other than licensed Pros.

Might not be able to interpret traditional hunting & gathering but the Government can sure take the tools away.

People wanna play the card of that the net is traditional, pretty sure they weren't traditionally made in the manner they are now. Maybe use a net made of vines or the such... Maybe the thread of the silkworm, or a spider. Way I see it, if you're using a net to catch fish, your skill levels as a fisherman are below par.. N probably below par as a person with any morals whatsoever.
