HI All - looking to take our newly purchased tinny down to the Finniss for a 'maiden voyage' this weekend.
The engine is running fine but only problem is the TRIM/TILT mechanism was damaged. In and Outboard marine says $250 and 2 weeks to order the part from Japan!
Anyone got an old one of these motors lying around? Otherwise where else can you get second hand parts in Darwin?
Apparently the part is consistent across all Enduro models, but not sure about all Yamaha. I've attached a photo of the damaged part and the manual (part 42).

Not surprising it was a little off tune with that thing in it 
Good thing you got rid of it, god knows what damage it might have caused if you had not found it.
