I'm a mexican but guessing that's Shady Fresh?! And a drop bear SP it looked like?
Dark colour - loved the comment "black as a bat's ass"!!!!

Pech if you were going to keep it because it's your first barra etc then my advice would be when skinning it to leave about .5cm of meat on the skin. Found that helps a little with the muddie flavor. Or turn it into a curry etc with strong overpowering flavours.

He didn’t need a net, he could have just kept winding..
Ive been told that if you soak swampy’s in salt water they lose the mud taste? Anyone know if this is true?
