Show us your offroad boat trailer

Talk about the gear you can't afford and knots you can't tie.

My trailer must be getting close to 20 years old. A Dunbier off the shelf cheapy. Rebuilt once with better suspension, axles and wheel bearings plus a full length backbone. However the basic concept of the original remained, that being very little welding, most of the joins are bolted. Aside from chucking in it's spare bearing kit when I go away it's the least worried about piece of equipment I have.

Seen this on facebook, might be worth a look. I'd say it looks very solid to say the least http://www.facebook.com/groups/26635086 ... 5277764980

Make sure you absolutely do full length keel support, be it roller on ladder frame set up or full length skid under the keel....3 or 4 rollers does not cut it.
