Little rat from a land based session in the city. Got second kiddo on the way this month so figured it was best to get in nice and early.

Not sure if these will be accepted as I didn't have a paper.
The servo I stopped at on the way to the ramp had sold out by 11am.
The date can be seen on the phone above the fish though. That's the best I could do.
57 cm Barra, 64 cm (to the tip of the tail) Thready.
Both caught up the Lizzie River on Easter Monday

Top thinking there mate with the phone hope they bend "the rules" a bit for you with the date and paper bit but the salmon would be fork length .

IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT DAYS PAPER IT IS AS LONG AS ITS FROM THE CORRECT MONTH FOR THOSE WHO WERE WONDERING.

get a clear A4 sleeve mate and roll up the front page of the first days paper each month in the bragmat and then it'll be right there when u need it.. unless leaving at 10pm on the last day of the month . . For a multi day trip out of mobile range cos thats the tides u need then what do u do with those potential entries ?????

I'm Mr organized now. Even giving tips on it jeffish.

Nope...and neither is catching a few baz.

Upgrade to an 81cm model, for now ......

This one took a samaki vibe whilst fishing in the Mary River Bridge lagoon area last night. Headed off well below the sand section near hardies on a sneaky Landbased spot out near clarks crossing .. it put up a spirited battle on the light spin with a few nervous moments as I nearly got done in the trees

Ramp has definitely not been graded STILL ONE LANE WITH DEEP MUD WAITING TO BUST YOUR THONGS contrary to the info supplied by qiksix the other day.

Sandbar definitely is going to be a problem to access the spot in a few weeks.
