It wasn't set up very well at the dealers but once I got it propped correctly and at the correct height on the transom it cruises at 4500rpm

That's exceptional speed from a 19 inch prop. Is that SOG with the current? I run a slightly older Yammy 100 on a bit bigger 5.2 m plate boat. I got just shy of 90 km/h SOG at 5400 rpm at Adelaide river the other day, running down stream with a lot of help from the current. I would just a bit more than 65 km/h normally.
