A mate & I hit four mile when it opened, these young muppets were on the p..s & carrying on well into the early hours of the morning right at the waters edge. When we walked to the boat to head out at 530am ish (after Fark all sleep) these clowns were passed out blind drunk no more than 5m from the water in their swags!
I just don't get it hey WTF

Tns1 I was also at 4mile on the opening and also saw them people seemed like good blokes just camping too close to the water. Also your ok in a tent, crocs can't open zips

Yes hobbit too close, couple of rolls during the night & they'd end up in the drink! Will have to take your word on them being good/decent mate, didn't meet them.
It actually doesn't bother me as it doesn't affect me.
I just use these situations as we walked past them to our boat to point out to me lad very very simple common sense (or lack of) when dealing with waters laden with crocs.....
Not sure if is was the same crew as I don't remember anyone else around us until they rolled in around midnight.
