Burketown pontoon: a crocodile buffet

Post by Matt Flynn »

Given the narky sign that was doing the rounds (posted on here somewhere), is it possible they don't like fishing tourists at Burketown, FNQ? :D

If so, it looks like they have found a solution, a foot-high fishing pontoon, in the heart of crocodile country.

Someone you don't like? Take 'em fishing there!

Seriously tho, it needs a fence ... or they need to remove the crocs from the river.

The Bill Scott incident in Kakadu should have educated Australia.

I think the new ramp at Shady will be worse.
