Yes it would not be wise to get in trouble out on the water on cracker night up here either.

I find this very interesting

I guess the people who dont have epirbs, have old flares and hate laws designed to protect them.
Are the same people that drive around at night with no tail lights, with bald tyres and speeding with thier 2 year old in the front seat.
