« Fri Oct 20, 2017 9:28 pm »   Check it out on google too it comes in close to the beach I aim for the last mangroves on the southern end when on the way in..... but as mentioned a rising tide will see you get in instead of being stranded on the mud for 10 hrs like a beginner.

« Fri Oct 20, 2017 8:55 pm »   It'd be another almost 40 km from sampan to wildman you can save the 35km run down and 20 km possibly rough chopped up ocean by launching at stuarts tree but only on the upper tide 4m plus..

« Sun Oct 08, 2017 5:12 pm »   Good service like that pays off.
« Sun Oct 08, 2017 3:26 pm »   Hi All. I'm a new member to FFF and would like to send a praise. Backed the boat in the water last Sat and fired the motor before reversing off the trailer and water wasn't pumping! After all attempts to rectify...Panic. Unexpectedly and surprised, the phone call to regular was answered and I explained my predicament, now 11am. Tied boat back on and drove to BH Marine and met Colin - new mechanic who stripped the covers and blew air back through everything and eventually cleared it. Still don't know what blocked it and I learned more about a 135 Honda in 25 minutes than hours of reading manuals. Anyway, no charge, and was back in the water by 12.15pm and impressed albeit slightly stunned about the service received. Payment was made in the form of 24 cold stubbies of his favourite (took some getting out him) during the week. Just wanted Darwin to know there's still some people around that make a difference. Cheers.
