No it's not fish4me - Litchfield is one of the few NT parks that are owned by the NT government. The title is held by the NT Lands corporation, which is a government owned entity. Litchfield does not have a joint management committee making the decisions like most NT Parks. Most Parks are owned by Aboriginal corporations on behalf of TO's, and leased for a nominal fee to NTG who manage the Park in conjunction with the Joint management committee. For example Djukbinj natinal park is owned by the Limilngan-Wulna (Land Holding) Aboriginal Corporation, and leased to NTG who manage the land in conjunction with the owners.
