Hi All,
A bit more progress, the tank is in and the bearers for the console to enable the console to bolted in over the top of the tank are in as is the console.
I also picked up a pretty flash Yeti esky with a padded top for the kids to sit on in front of the console. :naughty:
P.S. Matt, all the drink holders are in too.

Motor should be on this week so Easter for wiring, cabling and controls then water test the following week. Yeah the time it's taken is killing me.

I do 60% lure casting, 30% Billfish and 10% everything else. The big casting deck also serves to give plenty of clean storage space for big trips. My last Quintrex had the same amount of deck space and it suited me fine

I would love my cast deck to be that big but I had to compromise to make it safer for the kids and go a little smaller . I can still fit a 150ltr esky , couple of swags and heap of other stuff under mine so all is good. I also made a box the length of the cast deck that comes out about 250mm and 300mm high which I can put 15 tackle trays heaps of food and cooking equipment for the big trips of 30 tackle trays for barra fishing . It also works for a step for the kids to get up on the casting deck
