G'day all,

Issue with my 4 stroke 100hp yamaha 2003. Always service and in good nick, never let me down until yesterday.

Came down off the plane, puttered over to position and when slipped into neural it cut out. Turns over no worries, plenty of fuel getting through, seems like no spark. Ended up getting towed back from the bottom of the S bend from a legend named Graeme, thanks mate, you're a champ. thank god the tide was flooding.

Can anyone recommend a good outboard mechanic please, and don't say I&O marine, they've had their last chance with me too many times.

I vaguely remember someone mentioning a guy that used to work for yamaha? and scotty5.3(??) is mobile and does outboards?

Any recommendations and/or numbers appreciated.

Any alarms beeping/lit up?

Scotty 5.3 used to work for Honda, he is now running his own business doing outboard repairs, boat fit outs etc among other things. I will try and dig up his number for you.
I havent seen him on here for a while.

No alarms, no spark to any of the plugs. I was thinking dicky stop switch, ignition or coils. I have found a local bloke.
