Who can tell me anything about these things and what feeds on them.(King threadfin salmon maybe?)

I've caught grinners in this area but not a "ghost" grinner.

I believe its also called a Glassy Bombay Duck despite not a feather with which to fly.

yes ive had the pleasure of catching grinner since i started fishing qld waters. very agro fish. not seen the other version though.
