If anyone knows somone with enough money we could build a man made saltwater river here in Dubai that we could stock with Nile perch or barra and black bass etc then we could run fishing tours on it. Yeah imagine it at the very start you could have the escarpment complete with water fall filled with trout and salmon for fly fishing, this water then runs down through into the first big freshwater billabong stocked with your various freshwater sports fish, then it flows out through other smaller billabongs and finally to controlled releases (depending how much you pay) to form run off fishing
then down further through the salt water area into the tidal river zone. Crazy I know but trust me this is Dubai they will build it if you can design it! Oh and of course it would be all indoors.
