Any idea what this is for ?
Moving into new rental, any idea what this is for? looks like a earthing point for tv as its connected to the foxtel outlets? is it safe? should I plug my tv into it?

Is Foxtel cable point.
The socket marked FTA (lower left) should be the Free To Air and should have a normal domestic TV antenna connected to it. You should be able to connect yr normal TV to the FTA socket (with right plugs on the patch cord).
Is there a satellite dish on roof PLUS a normal antenna?
Is the rental a stand alone residence or are there 2 or more dwellings sharing an antenna or dish?
