You get that every so often so its no big deal but when a fingermark and a cod come up together more than once you have to ask what's going on, particularly when it's usually two fish of the same species you see? Thinking about it you sometimes see a cod escort a hooked fingermark nearly to the boat. Is it just those two that have this thing about taking food out of each other's mouth?
Anyone seen these two come up together and if so was it more than once?

I used to run a 2 hook paternoster and often had double hook ups of cod and snapper but never both on the same hook.

Misses caught two decent Mangrove Jacks on the one lure once. Best dinner for a cast ever I still mention to this day ( both were bigger than plate size baked whole )

Nice brushwork
Should have used Photoshop tho, much easier and you could have added a mangrove jack.
