just goes to show, you can never have an esky too big! That's why I've got the 160L in the Shabby, ha ha!

So how big was this crack. Sounds more like a missing bung plug.
how many is enough lures, rods and reels. Is there a magic number, considering you usually only catch 1 fish on a single lure on the one rod and reel your casting with.

No it was a hairline split in the hull .i know this family personally .Geoff had to make multiple dives to retrieve the EPIRB. well done hes in his 60s.and there bobbing about in Tiger shark country .They said the boat sunk like a rock .

bl..dy scary. I've been in a mate's boat with a big hairline crack. He had to pull the bungs with his hands near the prop at WOT to let the incoming water continuously pour out. 40 odd k's out from Darwin

That’s scary as poop
These days, I wear a pfd with a small plb attached just in case I end up in the drink again.
Don’t think I could free dive to 30m these days to get the epirb
