Fishing this weekend

Post by Matt Flynn »

Victoria River has had a fantastic start to 2017, and has been flooded, highway is cut. The Vic is worth considering down the track (not this weekend), it has already produced a few at Big Horse Creek boat ramp.

The Daly is high and still has a load of water coming down from Katherine River, which hit 13m. The Daly will fish when it drops.

Roper culverts will be worth a look.

Shady Camp has produced some crackers, but action overall has so far been slow. Maybe this weekend!

South Alligator reports have been few, East Alli saw Magela Creek crossing well flooded for a while.

Weather forecast is better this weekend as the unsettled weather has gone west.

Jewies and snapper await when it is calm enough.

Harbour baz still biting well.

Good luck all.
