Heres a few pics of the floods around Wagga.
levees are OK , it seems the peak in the river heights has passed.
These are of the Bidgee on the other side iof the levees & around the lowlying outskirts
However it may be interesting later today & tomorow as they are forcasting between 40/80mm of rain, with the river high all the floodgates in the levee are cliosed so who knows where the water will go inside of town,
last week the local lagoon in th centre of town filled up to the point that the Local Council chambers had a heap of water go through the library downstairs !!, what rocket scientist designs a library lower that the lagoon next door !!!

Latest story doing the rounds is thata couple of young blokes from Gundagai have a couple of Jetski's , including a brand new one , apparantley they've ripping up & down the Murrumbidgee @ Gundagai & one of em has sucked in a heap of poop in the flood water & cooked the engine !
Seems no-one has a lot of sympathy about it as thyeve been ripping around with wash causing all sorts of havoc.
