Is the cyclone coming home to where the barramundi roam?

Saw a stack of dragonflies at East Point this arvo, they might have stuffed up :lol:

It would take a week or so to get here & that could stuff up the Classic no end. I hope it is a fizzer or moves through quickly. Better if it stays over Qld, they need more rain dont they? :angel:

For sure. Interesting point tho - I think the Barra Nationals that was flooded produced the most metre-plus fish. Dunno if the Classic records show the same.

Not a hope of this getting to us (famous last words!)
All it will do is drag any weather we were going to have away and force dry air up, probably making it feel like an early Dry for a while.

Yes, the US navy site says it will go south, they might get some run-off in Brisbane, their Powertail rivers need another good flush :catch:

SEQ has actually done alright for rain lately, the dams are full again.

Too right Ernie. The past two track maps have been pushed further north.

A good thing too, imagine a cyclone in Brisbane, all those old Queenslanders (houses) would be floating around like a scene from Wizard of Oz :lol:
