I heard the Coorong at the mouth is getting some flow. Couldnt be sooner its looked dead there for years. Hope these floods can make it all the way to the mouth. Will be great for yabbies on the murray again finally!

max the way the murray is flowing at echuca it should go all the way to coorong with a lot more water to come from the weekends rain the river is about to go over its banks here

Thank heavens that the poor old murray has finally got some water(both form the QLD floods last wet and now the vic floods). I am just a little worried though as I now fear that the powers that be will now say that the river is fine and water usage is no longer an issue.
