Quick trip to the Bohle : Townsville-to-Maryborough Barra

Got a quick chance to wet a line while the family is away. I made a brief trip to the good old Bohle River this evening to try and bag a Barra. Fished the turn of the high tide at one of my favorite spots. Managed to score a nice 40cm MJ but that was it. Had a couple of baits touched by Barra but no hook up.

Next time I'll get a feed of Barra..............................

I would rather catch 40cm Jacks than 40cm Barra.

Jacks are so much more fun

Howz the Bohle been fishing? I hear that some big fish get caught in the hole at the mouth.
