i note that some of the guys have suggested fishing comps etc. Its a thought i have been stewing on for some time. Here what i come up with so far.

Design and sell a FFF brag mat.
Comp could be run for any time - 12 months, monthly - whatever.
Fish must be photographed on the official mat
It could be a point system
Have a thread for the comp - have a leader board??
Different species
Doesnt even have to be for prizes - just a chance to sit at the top of the leader board?

Not trying to make work for ya - guess it depends if the other guys are interested?/

Yep count me in....I think a FFF brag mat sounds like a top idea :grin: and I agree there is no need for prizes... just having your name on the top of the ranking board is prize enough IMHO.

Only problem is Jordan Dovey will be at the top and the rest of us will just get left behind :bow: :bow: :rofl:

The idea sounds great.
Maybe the comp could be run over a 6-8 month period with an ongoing leader board that gets updated once a week or fortnight (bit like a footy ladder) and it could culminate with a so called "Grand Final" over a weekend or a day with the top20. And finished off with a BBQ for all members to attend if they want. That way I can at least attend the BBQ.

i intend to fish every day, all day for the two months after i get back from this euro hell hole, starting on the 15th of june!!!!! i think a brag mat would be very usefull. top idea :clap: :clap:
