Needed a fishing fix, but I didnt have enough $$$ to return to Darwin in the 1 week uni break.

Went to Port Vincent out to Oerontes Beacon and got nearly 2 doz. KG whiting.

I know barra tastes great but whiting is better still.... might have to go out again just for the fillets....

Anyone had any luck with snapper out there we didnt even get a little one.

By the way I was supposed to fish with Dr. Enrique but unfortunately his missus wouldn't let him go....must be terrible having to ask your wife for permission and...petrol money :lol:

ps. You can have your whiting fishing in 3 meter seas to yourself anyway....
