Heres a link to a video i put up on Metcafe of JD releasing a nice cod he caught there in the Frnchman creek last year. Only just got my video editting software sorted.

Hopefully he will have some more photos of this years trip when he gets home tomorrow.

Thats a nice lookin cod that JD is releasing :mrgreen:

Is it in Vikkie waters or NSW. Know some pretty cool water to fish for cod down that way if you are keen.....

The Frenchman creek is the man made - not sure if it was orginally natural and was enhanced to divert water into Lake Victoria. Its in NSW and is roughly between Locks 9 and Lock 7. When they open the gates at the top of the creek the fishing is red hot - just murder really - i like the joint at any time cos its just a real nice place to be and you can usually find a fish somewhere even if there not going mad at the in flow.
