A few kgs from yorks

Post by Bushy »

G,day guys, spent some time over the yorks recently chasing a few of the tasty kg whiting. After battling with the wind and dodge tides my lad and I did ok.
The York peninsula has turned on the kgs for us again this winter, but jees we have had some windy days but also in between some cracker days which make up for the rough weather I guess.

Nice
The past is history, the future is mystery, the moment is a gift and that's why it's called the present

Nice work Bushy  Water looks terrible........
We had a ball catching them at Marion Bay. Usually only get to fish for KG's every 3 or 4 years so tend to forget how hard they go on the light gear. Good looking fish and taste great too. True all rounders, luv em.

I am in Tasmania, so your winters are probably a bit warmer :D

KGs are a regular catch on Tassie's East Coast now, and the squid are good too ... just got to get off this keyboard and catch some :(
