i am thinking of driving from Napier Peninsular, near Gapuwikak(lake evella) to darwin via Jabiru
however i cant find any info on the road conditions or fuel availability.
has anyone driven the road or know where i could find a map? any info would be great.

Dont know if the road is open yet but fuel is available at Beswick, Manarou Store or bullman on the way in. Just be shaw to take out a personal loan to pay for it. Manarou river was at .4 earlier this month when we crossed it but we didnt get to the goyder rivers so dont know the heights of them. Road was pretty chewed up but it may have been graded since.

oops just red the question properly. :bonk: Didnt realise you are going on the Jabaru route. :banghead: I have no idea on that one. :lol:

yeah mate i live at elcho island and want to drive across the top of Arnhem land. i bet the fuel at beswick is cheaper then elcho :banghead:
