Daly River Crossing Port Keats Road, Crossing Level Opening?

Does anyone have any reasonably good guesses on when the Daly River Crossing will open (and the Port Keats Rd)?

What water level above the crossing do they open it at? (its not Kakadu, so hopefully they don't wait for the last puddle to dry up).

Of course I have checked http://www.ntlis.nt.gov.au/roadreport but it just says closed, I need a guestimate or some info on when it may open.

There is a river levels website http://www.bom.gov.au/fwo/IDD60322/IDD6 ... .plt.shtml seems to indicate about 1.6m and pretty steady, what level does that translate to?

Geez that surprised me that its not open. I was there a while ago and they were making preparations with machinery thn
