Got a Sunbeam I think! We used to use the rolls when living out the Daly, as you can cut to fit.......even did a couple of mid 70's barra whole. The rolls aren't cheap though.

we have a Sunbeam vac550
Had it for a few years now and still works fine, use both the precut bags and the rolls, depending what you r packing Great piece of machinery, think it was about $250
Can usually reuse the precut bags 2 or 3 times as well, because they r sealed on 3 sides, while with cutting the roll and sealing quite often can only use em once, or have to reseal both ends again, which can make the bags too small.
Precut bags fit enough for a good feed for 2 in them!

I just purchased the Sunbeam 550 I think at goodguys, ITS GREAT!! I went with the more expensive sealer due to a integrated guilatine to cut the rolls. I have started making jerky and packing it in the vacuum bags so it lasts longer (saving it). I was in the shop and an older guy came up to me, he doesnt work there but he said when your shopping for bags or rolls get the ones that have small veins/bumps on the bags this means more air gets sucked out. I have started packing fish fillets in the bags with a slice of orange

Got a Sunbeam vac780 about a year ago. Use rolls and seal at required size. Can reuse bags until they get too small. Definitely worth the $s. Use it for all sorts, fish, meat and even veggies. Seem to last a lot longer as well. Wouldnt be without it. Cant remember the price but best deal was from Goodguys
