Temora yabbys : redclaw, marron & yabbies

Well arrived safe and sound in Temora just 80km North of wagga missing every flood on the way down from darwin, now that i have access to a real computer i can show ya some photos.
so i went out to a local farmers dam today just to see if there are any yabbys about after all the rain here and turn out there is, this pic is just one opera house pot in for about 45 min
All yabbys where cooked and eaten because i miss the taste as i cant get them in darwin
will be going out for a full day with the family sometime this week and expect the usual 200 or so.

Great photo, love the yabbies, they taste as good as any seafood.
Used to make yabbie pizza's, peel the bugers first

Haha yer ive seen a few recipies like that and a few salads but i have never got past just cookin them in salt water and a vinegar dip but going for a full day sunday will get more pics then

Hopefully i will have similar results on sunday but for now why am i on here i havr dangerour amounts of alcohol to comsume
