I went out spearing some Redclaw tonight and got the biggest Redclaw I have ever seen. Can't find much on the web and what I have found says much smaller than what I have.
From head to tail it was just over 220mm Length overall was over 300mm.
We got about 40 all up most small to medium size but a great feed for the five of us.
Any one got any ideas.

That yabbie is a beaut size, around that size probaly the biggest ive seen, not lately though a bit rare these days unless you go remote but around darwin rural area sizes like that are scarce.
My mate has one in a fish tank in his apartment that makes that one look like a baby, will have to get a photo of that bad boy and post it, you'll spin out

NRF, I did't want to say exactly where it came from so the area doesn't get an unnecesarry flogging but I'm sure everyone is aware this size is pretty rare in the populated areas at least, so Rapid Creek is the place. I have been fishing it for years and have never caught one his big.
Thanks for the responses, I can eat it now.
