Heres 2 we got down in sunny QLD while posted to brissy.
Jordans was caught when he was a little tacker - pulling his line in every 2 seconds as young blokes do - apparently the flatty loved the moving bait cos it really nailed it - he went 63cm.
Kyles was caught at Jumpinpin - dropped down and the tide was going beserk so we decided to move and he got nailed - the tide, the havy sinker and the 75cm flatty made for a good fight. Quick photo and he was safely released.
Cheers
Shane

Well I remember Matt posting this months ago and was going to go through a few old pics, but never got around to doing it...
But here is a better pic, and story (i think )
Have been on three weeks holidays down on the far north coast of NSW, and the past few days staying at a place called goodwood island on the clarence river near iluka/yamba.
we mostly drink, eat and drink when staying at the island, but occaisionally wet a line chasing flatties on soft plastics...but enough digressing, and onto the story.
Headed down to a place near collis's wharf and really was just going to be a random flick about...no net, no glove, tape, camera, etc. We were actually trying to jig up some herring for a crack later on, but this proved futile so we decided to chuck a lazy few plastics about.
A few exploratory flicks bought up a legal sized flattie (about 40cm), and my mate said 'lets head round the back of the island'
I of couse said "I will just have one more flick at that weedbed." How many times do we say that??
Bang! Straight away I knew it was a nice fish...it stayed low in the water, not letting me get a look at it as I didint want to put too much pressure on the 2kg fireline on my spool.
So over the next five minutes I still hadnt got a look at the beast but had managed to get tangled (and untagled) in a crab pot float line, whilst trying to stop her run me into the wall... Eventually she showed herself.... "Its a crocodile" one of the lads yelled!
So now came the quandry...no camera, no net...my best ever flatty...what to do??
Luckily enough a passing boatie was flagged down for a loan of his net, and we landed the old girl, squeezed her into the livebait tank and headed for home for photos before measuring her (85cm) and swimming her, and sheperding her into the channel.
A memorable catch for this fisho let me tell you.
